Find Inner Peace, and THEN...

Ok, this post is also about action and its relation to Peace...

If you are unsure, take a few breathes to refind your peace and THEN take action.
If you are excited about doing something, breathe deeply, find peace, and THEN take action.
If you are worried or scared about doing something, breathe deeply, find peace, and THEN take action.


Find the peace within you that is always there first, and THEN take the actions...

In peace, you are being who you truly are.
In peace, there is calmness, the inner calmness that is always there.

Panic is just a more extreme form of worry, that too is an emotion, but PEACE is the SPIRIT, the ESSENCE, the SOUL, the ENERGY, the Foundation behind all things.

It is beyond emotion...
